Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains what information the American Intelligence Labs website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors.
Last updated September 14, 2026
Scope
This notice applies to information collected through this public website. It does not describe the data practices of an AIL product or customer deployment; those practices depend on the applicable configuration, use case, and agreement.
Information we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, the website collects the information you choose to provide, including:
- Your name, email address, optional phone number, and any company, role, or location details you provide.
- The type of inquiry, request details, preferred contact method, and any product interest, business context, desired result, or timing you provide.
- Your consent to send the inquiry.
The form also records the source page, referring page when available, campaign parameters included in the link, submission time, and a one-way keyed hash derived from the network address used to submit the form. The hash supports abuse prevention; the website does not save the raw network address in the inquiry record.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, health information, government identifiers, export-controlled information, or other sensitive or regulated data through the inquiry form.
How we use information
AIL uses website inquiry information to:
- Review and respond to your request.
- Evaluate product, pilot, enterprise, partner, custom-system, media, or other business fit.
- Maintain a record of the conversation and related follow-up.
- Protect the form and website from spam, automated abuse, and repeated submissions.
- Understand which pages or campaign links led to an inquiry when that context is available.
AIL does not use inquiry data to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Storage, retention, and sharing
Confirmed submissions are stored in a restricted website-inquiry database. Database credentials remain on the server and are not exposed to the browser. Submissions are retained for business follow-up, recordkeeping, abuse prevention, and applicable legal needs, and may be removed when they are no longer needed for those purposes.
AIL may use infrastructure providers that process information to operate the website and database. When inquiry notifications are enabled, a private review copy is also sent to the approved inquiry owner through an email-delivery provider after the database record is created. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate organizational transaction. AIL does not sell personal information collected by this website.
Security
The website uses server-side validation, limited accepted fields, same-origin checks, a hidden anti-spam field, minimum completion timing, rate limiting, security headers, and restricted database access. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted through the website by using the privacy request form and identifying the inquiry concerned. AIL may need enough information to verify and complete the request, and some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
Changes and questions
This notice may be updated as the website, data flows, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Questions about this notice may be submitted through the privacy request form.
